Use it laying down to begin with. Simply insert the wider end into your vagina and work to keep the barbell in place using your pelvic floor muscles - don't use your buttocks or thighs as so many of us do without realising! Once you have mastered this, you can try it kneeling - the gravity pulling against the barbell makes it harder, but as your pelvic floor muscles strengthen, you will notice that it becomes easier and easier! Then try it standing up! Once you've mastered all of these with the wider end - try with the thinner end for another level of challenge.
