I follow the exercises religiously and I wholeheartedly recommend this to other 50 something's like me who refuse to 'put up with up', or be butchered with surgery that s far as I can see has more problems than it solves!

If you have incontinence issues (a common issue after childbirth) or prolapse, I would highly recommend this DVD. The DVD only needs to be done 3 times a week for 6 weeks to complete the program and see real results. I would recommend this even if you don’t seem to have any issues following childbirth, I would still recommend completing this exercise program after each birth (and before, too!) This DVD is one of our favourites too, and we know this system works because Tasha Mulligan managed to correct her own prolapse with the help of these exercises, we encourage women to explore all exercise and strengthening possibilities when they have been diagnosed with a prolapse, because there are many things that can improve the prolapse and stop it worsening. Thank you for your question, we are always here to help and advise where we can but there is no assurance than we can offer as it purely comes down to you. Utilising the pelvic toner does take commitment and dedication and can help you to overcome your stress incontinence and weak pelvic floor if the instructions are carefully adhered to.
I know you feel desperate, but please be assured there are things that you can do to ensure your prolapse does not get any worse and that you don't get any further prolapse problems and have to resort to surgery.
