Incontinence, Prolapse or Pelvic Floor Pain?
If this is you, then you need to know right now that this won't just 'go-away'. It's not an inevitable result of childbirth or ageing but when your pelvic floor becomes weak it can't support your internal organs effectively. More than 1 in 3 women suffer from consequences of weakened pelvic floor muscles, which can lead to incontinence or prolapse.
Laughter leaks? Damp panties? Maybe you coughed or sneezed and leaked urine - you thought it was an on-off or that you should have gone to the loo sooner, but over the weeks and the months you'll find those accidents become more frequent. You may resign yourself to panty pads to protect your clothing, but your pelvic floor muscles are crying out for attention!
This DVD is where you to start taking back control.
Did you know poor posture can exacerbate your problem? A strong pelvic floor isn't just your kegel muscles; it's the core muscles of your abdominal basket too. In this DVD we'll show you how to achieve optimal posture to get the best results!
As well as posture the four separate workout programmes give step-by-step instructions for isolating and strengthening the musculature of your pelvic floor and abdominal basket. They're instructor led so you can understand what you're doing and why you're doing it! Once you are familiar with the exercises you can skip to the time-efficient versions. Use this DVD in conjunction with your pelvic floor exercise machine to reduce, if not eliminate the problems of weak pelvic floor muscles. This is a region 2 DVD.
Tasha Mulligan: Physical Therapist and Personal Trainer
The Hab-it Pelvic Floor Exercise DVD is presented by Tasha Mulligan. Tasha is an experienced physical therapist. an athletic trainer and a mother of three. She has first hand experience of the symptoms of a weakened pelvic floor, so she readily understands the confusion, fear, and frustration other women experience. Tasha details how she found good, incisive information not easily accessible when she had her pelvic floor problems. Worse still she realised that many women were willing to accept the damage to their bodies not realising that there were simple techniques that would correct and strengthen the pelvic floor and dispense with the need for any surgical intervention. This DVD is designed as if Tasha is conducting a physical therapy session. It is her effort to educate the millions of women who suffer with a weak pelvic floor, prolapse and the associated problems and to empower them to change and strengthen and resolve their issues.

I follow the exercises religiously and I wholeheartedly recommend this to other 50 something's like me who refuse to 'put up with up', or be butchered with surgery that s far as I can see has more problems than it solves!

- I would recommend this Review by Rennie
If you have incontinence issues (a common issue after childbirth) or prolapse, I would highly recommend this DVD. The DVD only needs to be done 3 times a week for 6 weeks to complete the program and see real results. I would recommend this even if you don’t seem to have any issues following childbirth, I would still recommend completing this exercise program after each birth (and before, too!) StressNoMore says - Thank you for your feedback here. This DVD is one of our favourites too, and we know this system works because Tasha Mulligan managed to correct her own prolapse with the help of these exercises, we encourage women to explore all exercise and strengthening possibilities when they have been diagnosed with a prolapse, because there are many things that can improve the prolapse and stop it worsening. Surgery is not always the answer and many women feel empowered when they are able to rehabilitate their pelvic floor and get it strong and functioning again. (Posted on 12 March 2014)

Thank you for your question, we are always here to help and advise where we can but there is no assurance than we can offer as it purely comes down to you. Utilising the pelvic toner does take commitment and dedication and can help you to overcome your stress incontinence and weak pelvic floor if the instructions are carefully adhered to.
I know you feel desperate, but please be assured there are things that you can do to ensure your prolapse does not get any worse and that you don't get any further prolapse problems and have to resort to surgery.
This DVD is ideal - Tasha Mulligan the presenter suffered just like you following the birth of her baby and created this DVD to help other women face the challenges that she managed to overcome. (She's now had 3 children)
This DVD is a great place to start, it will help you to see that your pelvic floor does not exist on its own, it is part of your body and correct alignment and posture will help you no end. Targeted exercises with a Kegel8 Ultra 20 Pelvic Toner http://www.stressnomore.co.uk/kegel8-ultra.html will help to fire the muscles back into action and give a deep targeted exercise.
Other things you must consider are a Squatty Potty - takes the pressure off your pelvic floor http://www.stressnomore.co.uk/catalogsearch/result/?cat=0&q=squatty&_antispam=antispam_845
Vitamin D3 to help you get the best results http://www.stressnomore.co.uk/sunvit-d3-1000iu-vitamin-d3-supplement-92609.html clinical studies show women with low Vitamin D3 have weaker pelvic floors and by supplementing your pelvic floor exercises are more effective giving you better results.
I hope this helps
