Designed by women for women, IncoStress offers an instant solution to bladder weakness.

Worn inside your vagina, IncoStress gently places pressure against your urethra (the tube that allows urine to flow or leak out of your bladder).
This gentle pressure controls the involuntary loss of urine and restores the natural position of your bladder, thus preventing stress incontinence. Its gentle shape also allows your pelvic floor or kegel muscles to be gently exercised which over a period of time could strengthen them. It is not a pelvic exerciser; we'd recommend you use IncoStress together with products such as the Kegel8, but it will give you an instant solution, while you start to rehabilitate your pelvic floor and regain control naturally.

The IncoStress vaginal passary can be used for up to 8 hours at a time and it is made out of body-friendly body safe silicone.

IncoStress is brilliant if you find you leak urine when you exercise, have a sudden 'jolt', jog, or with any sudden exertion such as laughing or sneezing.

Works if you can stop it falling out!! Review by Barbara
Product Rating
This does work, however, the problem is keeping it in. The Incostress is just too heavy and I think that is the problem. I tried it and just stopped using it because it would not stay in; I would try being fitted for a pessary. (Posted on 3 November 2015)

Must try harder Review by Patsy
Product Rating
Yet, another fail I am afraid I am at my wits end with stress and urge incontinence. I have tried so many things on the market and this item has had quite a lot of promotion lately so I bought it unfortunately I cannot keep it in so it can't do what it's supposed to do. The manufacturer suggests sleeping with it in if you can't keep it in, in the early stages. I am doing this so who knows nothing to loose by trying. (Posted on 25 September 2015)

Will not stay in place Review by Anna

This is such a good idea but the wretched thing slips out all the time. Perhaps the manufacturer could be persuaded to make a larger size? (Posted on 13 April 2015)

Worth a try, but no good for me. Review by Sue K

Just didn't have any effect on my running leaks and moved down so much that I had to stop and remove it before it fell out.
Worth a try, but no good for me. (Posted on 31 December 2014)

Beneficial for me, stops leaks Review by MrsK
Product Rating
I use this daily and have done so for about 8 weeks now. I can't say that it has strengthened my pelvic floor muscles, but I do notice that the leaks have stopped so I am pleased with this. It is easy to use, whip out, rinse and replace as and when necessary.
A handy idea - I am looking for anything that will help me post hysterectomy. I use this and I also have a kegel8 exerciser as I am desperate to avoid a further prolapse. The woman I spoke with at stressnomore said that it will help support and any support is worth having, so I am grateful for honest advice especially when there are benefits likt this. Meh Review by Mancunian Manx

I'm very undecided about this, although it does stop me leaking at the gym. Not sure that I will continue using it I think in all reality I should have bought a kegel exerciser rather than trying to just 'plug' my problem :( (Posted on 16 July 2014)

total waste of money Review by glum
Product Rating
Ordered this pessary despite the reviews nearly all complaining of it being too large as I am quite tall. Unfortunately, maybe because I have already had a hysterectomy and pelvic floor repair op, I found it wouldn't insert far up in the vagina and hung low, being very uncomfortable. On taking it out, it seemed to be stuck with a suction action by the shape of the top, inside of me, and this obviously was pulling down whatever part of my anatomy was stuck to it.
I thought I'd try an ordinary tampon to see if that worked as it was the same principle and I have found that it does and is unfelt when in place. (Posted on 11 September 2013)
