Designed by women for women, IncoStress offers an instant solution to bladder weakness.

Worn inside your vagina, IncoStress gently places pressure against your urethra (the tube that allows urine to flow or leak out of your bladder).
This gentle pressure controls the involuntary loss of urine and restores the natural position of your bladder, thus preventing stress incontinence. Its gentle shape also allows your pelvic floor or kegel muscles to be gently exercised which over a period of time could strengthen them. It is not a pelvic exerciser; we'd recommend you use IncoStress together with products such as the Kegel8, but it will give you an instant solution, while you start to rehabilitate your pelvic floor and regain control naturally.

The IncoStress vaginal passary can be used for up to 8 hours at a time and it is made out of body-friendly body safe silicone.

IncoStress is brilliant if you find you leak urine when you exercise, have a sudden 'jolt', jog, or with any sudden exertion such as laughing or sneezing.

total waste of money Review by glum
Product Rating
Ordered this pessary despite the reviews nearly all complaining of it being too large as I am quite tall. Unfortunately, maybe because I have already had a hysterectomy and pelvic floor repair op, I found it wouldn't insert far up in the vagina and hung low, being very uncomfortable. On taking it out, it seemed to be stuck with a suction action by the shape of the top, inside of me, and this obviously was pulling down whatever part of my anatomy was stuck to it.
I thought I'd try an ordinary tampon to see if that worked as it was the same principle and I have found that it does and is unfelt when in place. (Posted on 11 September 2013)

Just didn't work for me so cannot recommend Review by Mini Me
Product Rating
I am afraid this didn't work for me. I did try, but I couldn't keep it in place and when it worked its way out it then became uncomfortabele. I actually ended up losing it so I think I managed to 'pass it' when I went to the loo.
I was recommended a vaginal pessary for prolapse by my physio so undeterred so I called the helpline and tried another one. The Contiform worked for me. It stayed in place and stopeed the leaks. I bought the starter pack first to get the right size and I have'nt looked back.
Dont get me wrong this may work for some women, it just didn't work for me and I feel the shape is not particulary condusive to keeping it inside (its basically a tube/tampon shape) - surely that is bound to fall out?
So I am unable to recommend this product, but as I said before, it might be me, and I suppose it might work for other women. Anything is worth a try! (Posted on 6 April 2013)

Dreadful Review by Erin
Product Rating
Stress No More recommended I try this after I'd bought the Contiform pessary which I found too large. Their service is always helpful, friendly and efficient, so my negative review of this product is no reflection on their service. However, the plastic tail that allows for removal was so large and uncomfortable that this product didn't feel useable.

In case you find yourself in a similar situation of some of the products being too large, the product that eventually feels like the right one is the smallest size of the Contrelle pessary. (Posted on 2 August 2013)

Allows me to run without leaking Review by Runnerbean

I suffer from bad stress incontinence when running, this device allowed me to run again without even the need for a pad, getting it positioned properly is key otherwise it will fall out. (Posted on 21 January 2014)

Beneficial for me, stops leaks Review by MrsK
Product Rating
I use this daily and have done so for about 8 weeks now. I can't say that it has strengthened my pelvic floor muscles, but I do notice that the leaks have stopped so I am pleased with this. It is easy to use, whip out, rinse and replace as and when necessary.
A handy idea - I am looking for anything that will help me post hysterectomy. I use this and I also have a kegel8 exerciser as I am desperate to avoid a further prolapse. The woman I spoke with at stressnomore said that it will help support and any support is worth having, so I am grateful for honest advice especially when there are benefits likt this. Will not stay in place Review by Anna

This is such a good idea but the wretched thing slips out all the time. Perhaps the manufacturer could be persuaded to make a larger size? (Posted on 13 April 2015)

Not worth the money Review by Hen

This did not work very well. When running it would move and became uncomfortable. I have stopped using this. I think of it had been made smaller it might have worked. (Posted on 24 May 2013)

I am unable to keep it in place and will have to try something else. It is a pity as the idea seems a good one in principle. (Posted on 12 June 2013)

Meh Review by Mancunian Manx

I'm very undecided about this, although it does stop me leaking at the gym. Not sure that I will continue using it I think in all reality I should have bought a kegel exerciser rather than trying to just 'plug' my problem :( (Posted on 16 July 2014)
