Soothing and cool, and I think that after 2 weeks of use my piles are less angry and inflamed. Pleasant cream to use, I was tempted to try the tablets because this cream has been so effective, but I don't like taking tablets. However I am desperate to get rid of these awful piles (post pregnancy gift!) so when I purchase again, I will opt for the cream and tablets as a double whammy - see if I can oust the blighters once and for all!
