Spending StressNoMore gift vouchers is very straightforward and similar to paying by cash, cheque or card as you normally would for StressNoMore products. Payment options.
- Simply choose the products you would like and add them to your basket in the usual way Getting started.
- When you reach the payment area of the checkout, select the drop-down option above payment method that specifies 'Gift Voucher' and choose the amount you wish to spend with vouchers.
- This will then drop down a field box that asks you to fill in the gift voucher personal digit code(s). This is a 3-digit code shown in the top left hand corner of your voucher.
- If you need to top up the purchase with another payment method just enter card details and proceed as usual and in the order confirmation page the amount will show a breakdown of what is chargeable to your card and the total of the gift vouchers redeemed.
- If the voucher is for the correct amount, or more than the purchase price, simply select 'no card' in the payment card options and proceed as normal.

We occasionally run promotions for our regular customers using our newsletter or through the media. If you have received one of our promotional discount codes, then this is redeemable exclusively online. Only one discount code can be used per purchase, and here's how you can claim:
- Once you have selected the items you would like, proceed to checkout. Please remember, if there are specific promotional conditions, to make sure products fall under the promotional offer as stated on the coupon.
- On the basket page of the checkout process, we ask for a promotional code - you can enter the coupon code here.
- Then continue to checkout as usual.
- Once you reach the order confirmation page, the amount will show a reduction that has been offered and how much you will be charged by your chosen payment method.
