This Classic Triple Ring Vaginal Probe is a brilliantly simple probe that offers really effective stimulation of your muscles since it has 3 ring electrodes and connects to both channels of your pelvic exercise machine. It's the ideal choice for someone looking to upgrade from a 2-electrode probe who has already begun to strengthen their pelvic floor and wants to get a more powerful workout.
To use with a Kegel8 or other electronic pelvic exerciser, connect the black and red wires of the probe to your lead wire. If you are using this probe with a reference electrode, attach your reference electrode to the green wire.
This probe is constructed from strong ABS plastic which makes it very durable and reliable, and the smooth plastic and rounded shape makes for very comfortable insertion.
This probe is fitted with 2mm male pigtail connectors and are compatible with most TENS/STIM/EMG machines via your leadwire.

The Neen Pericalm is like our Tight & Tone unit. It is a good machine, but the Kegel8 Ultra 20 is even better because of the range of treatment programmes and the fact it is more intense/powerful than either the Neen or the Tight & Tone. Basically it has a range of programmes for use that is more like a structured treatment plan, rather than one off programmes. Hope that makes sense.
The Classic triple ring probe electrode will work OK with the pericalm no problem (you will need a lead-wire for that unit, I suspect you already have one to use with an existing probe)

Other things that will help
You should aim to self-manage your prolapse, that means to stop it getting any worse, but also to stop other organs from prolapsing to. With a cystocele you are more likely to also suffer (3x) a rectocele (rectal/bowel prolapse) so care should be taken with constipation and you should follow prolapse friendly exercises to avoid abdominal pressure (such as sit ups and crunches)
More importantly, your weight is crucial.
