The Beurer TL 60 Brightlight SAD lamp will make you feel yourself again
You may be suffering from SAD and not know it. Sometimes your feelings of dread and misery when waking up in the dark and gloomy winter months aren’t just an indication that you hate mornings! For some of us it’s a little more than that. If you suffer from tiredness, depression, low sex drive and loss of appetite in autumn and winter you could have Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).
Staggeringly, up to 1 in 20 people are affected by SAD! It can have a serious impact on both your personal and professional life. One way to combat the doom and gloom of winter is this Brighlight TL 60 from Beurer - clinically proven to help reduce the effects of SAD.
How will this help combat your SAD? The simulation of sunlight from the Brightlight compensates for your body's light deficiency and can influence your hormonal balance without the need for medication. Used therapeutically or on a preventative basis, this Beurer TL 60 Brightlight will certainly brighten up your winter.
Why you need the Beurer TL 60 Brightlight?

- Enlightened... Review by Tom
It has two Philips tubes a 36 W and 72 W which has sufficient light intensity to illuminate a room, there is a slight flickering in the warm-up period. I personally use this for its "therapeutic" benefits, I feel it improves my mood as I often suffer with the 'winter blues' ironically in February when we are coming out of the longer nights. Maybe its a lack of sunshine taking its toll, I am not sure. I tens to use it for half an hour preferably in the morning after waking up.
I' also use two daylight lamps (full spectrum energy saving lamps) so I have a brighter studio in which I work. Am I enlightened? Most definitely, and for the first year ever, I have not felt down. (Posted on 9 March 2015)
- Too bid for me Review by Anne Drew
Helpful customer service team, would recommend.
Too early to tell if it will benefit me throughout the dark winter months.

- It serves its purpose well. Review by Mike
You can see a slight flicker and you hear a hum on the unit but this is minimal.
It serves its purpose well. (Posted on 11 February 2015)
Yes they are readily available.
We can get them for you, but Beurer spares are quite pricey - I have had a look on-line and the bulbs this uses are 2 x 36w sad light bulbs and they are readily available at a cost of approx £7 plus VAT each.
Hope this helps
