Am determined not to another year like last year, and have started 07 the way I mean to continue. Have enrolled for Yoga (de-stress), decided to detox to lose the 1/2 stone I put on over Xmas, and have bought a Kegel8 Pelvic Exerciser. It's gonna be a gr8 year! I'll keep you posted how I get on!

The Kegel8 Pelvic Exerciser is easy to use, I just push the programme button (9) and off I go, it clicks through the exercises while I watch the TV - three times a week, and I'm already noticing a big difference. I've started Weight Watchers too to keep top-side of my weight - feel great!

I saw This Morning TV and the Athena Fem with Dr Steele, I didn't know such a thing existed. What's the big secret? Have used it four times now this week, and I feel positive and optimistic that I will not lose bladder control like my mother did. We both delivered big babies and our pelvic floors are proof of it. I can't believe how quickly the Athena Fem has worked. I was too embarassed to discuss this with anyone, including my GP, yet within a matter of weeks I no longer need those awful panty liners. I feel so happy, please do pass on my comments, so other women do not have to suffer like I have.

I have used an Athena Fem in the US, and I and delighted that I can now buy one here too. I would recommend any woman to try it, it is easy and portable and no wires. I have full control and can sneeze, laugh, cough, jump etc without an "accident".Why don't more women talk about this important issue, its as if it is one of the last taboos....Thanks so much.

I joined my local gym at the begining of this year and was MORTIFIED that I could not use the treadmill without leaks! Agh! I decided to do something about it and saw the Femetone in a magazine in the ladies changing rooms, so far I have used it for 4 weeks and it is great, I can use the treadmill, I have control and I also think it has improved my sex life too! Why is that there this big taboo about stress incontinence for women, it's as if it doesn't exist, yet when women talk together they find similar stories and symptoms. Please tell as many women as possible, so they do not have to suffer with leaks or those bloody awful Tena lady pads!
