After buying my first Kegel pelvic floor excerciser I was very dissappointed but after spending a fortune on pads I thought I would give the Kegel 8Plus a go .Ifound that it was a great improvement on the first Kegel as it was a lot easier to use and I found that I had great results after useing it very quickly.Ifound that Iwas able to sit back and relax and watch television very easily whilst useing it.

I bought a Kegel8 just 10 days or so ago, having suffered from mild stress incontinence, and increasing urgency to dash to the loo. I have been doing the one hour pelvic floor workout each day for just a week, and the difference is amazing. Today I went on a trip into London, and in a 12 hour day, only needed the loo 3 times, with no urgent dash to the loo at all. I am just so thrilled with the way this machine has made such a difference in such a short time.
