Straightforward to use, I use them when I putting my make-up on in the morning. I get the stick going down in time to music. Strange but true.

My Mum bought these for herself, but as she has a prolapse she was unable to use them, so I was given them. I enjoy using them finding them very effective, and I would never have thought of buying anything like this, but it has really toned me up "down there" my boyfriend is amazed!
When I exercise I try to do the Kegel8 wiggle and get the indicator stick to go down as far as it will go, don't know if I'll be able to do any naughty vaginal gymnastics but am thoroughly enjoying the tighter tone. They are clean looking and trendy much better looking than some of the products.

I bought this product hoping to improve my pelvic floor muscles, but all of the weights werent heavy enough as it says in the instruction manual the one you should be using should fall out after standing with it in for 5 minutes....it would suit someone who has lost allot of bladder control but if your thinking of just improving a little go for something else.

I found these very easy to use, and I thought I was doing my exercises correctly only to find that when I put a cone in the indicator wiggle thing moved up instead of down. No wonder I wasn't getting anywhere with manual exercises!!! Great idea, easy to use and easy to keep clean.
