I initially bought a femmetone over 3 years ago, it was a great little starter exerciser and very easy to use. Sort of plug n go! I did have a hysterectomy 5 years ago and am lucky enough to have a friend who is a physiotherapist. With her help I have now upgraded to the Kegel8 Ultra because I can customise it and the electronic stimulation is more effective. For the price and for a beginner I would recommend the femmetone.
