Took me years to find a product like this, then a friendly Physio told me about these machines. I had been using cones but I found them really difficult to use and to be honest didn't do them as often as I should. I then saw C4's Embarassing Bodies and the pictures of prolapse and that was enough to galvanise me into action. I use my Kegel8 nightly when I can my muscles are better than they have ever been and I feel incontrol again. I hate wearing those bloody pads, and it annoys me that the adverts make it sound as if it is OK, it's not, it's demoralising - well it was for me. I don't want to go back to where I was, and I love the new stronger me!

I am 38s been using it for 3 weeks stopped leaking already brill.
Batteries dont last long though.
I will continue to use id daily thanx to embarassing bobies c4 for recomending it.

I decided to buy the best that I could afford because I would 'give' at least [$] to avoid wearing a nappy in my 50s. The instruction leaflet is weak, but staff on the end of the phone are brill. Would be nice it had a carry case for privacy. Im only on day 2 and have difficulty holding it in but have managed to get the kids breakfast and get 20mins done at the same time so I think easy of use 10-10.

My best-buy of 08, but I wish the instructions were a bit better, say in dvd format. I've called a few times and the girls are very helpful, but if I could have watched a dvd about it I feel that I would have meant I gave it 5/5. I like to think now I am an advanced user because when I started I couldn't even keep one of those aquaflex weighted cones it, it kept falling out when I added more weight! How embarassing! So here I am 10 months in, I am buying a new probe, the dog ate the other one (I know - gross)and I tell all my friends (not about the probe but about the product).

I use this daily and have done so for 6 months now and it has cured my stress incontinence. I have used both probes and I prefer this solid one rather than the hollow one. I found it easier to use. I would like something like dvd instructions as I have had to phone several times to make sure I was getting doing it properly - the help was always good but in film version I think this would help.

After just 2 weeks I am amazed, I can go without a panty pad (continual pp user for 2 years)and I feel relieved that I have been able to do something about this. My mother has had countless operations and she was adamant that I must try every other option rather than surgery - if anything I am annoyed it is not available on the NHS.

I have suffered with a weak bladder for years, determined not to have further surgery my physio resommended this for home use. It is amazing, I cannot praise it highly enough.
