Comments about AquaFlex Cones:

I bought these after seeing them on C4's Embarassing Bodies, I did use them for several weeks but to be honest my pelvic floor is weak that I can't squeeze my muscles around them. I telephoned the helpline and they recommended the Kegel8 or Athena, I bought the Kegel8 and have used it for 8 days now and it seems very different and I feel I am getting results. I suppose the cones might suit someone with a good pelvic floor, but mid 30's and 2 large babies later it wasn't for me.

Comments about AquaFlex Cones:

I set myself a challenge with the aquaflex cones, and I was determined to use them daily - I am a devil for not carrying on with exercise routines! They worked really well for me and I eve used them at work, I work in a supermarket and it was very easy to disguise me using them and it got me into a routine, if I waited until I got home I’m afraid I may just have forgotten to do them, or my evening jobs would take over. Needless to say they so work, I can now use the smaller cone with the largest weigh (Cha-ching!)and I have notices the difference. I had started to leak when I laughed or sneezed and I just didn't want to deteriorate further. I am 48 and going into my menopause and as I work at a supermarket I already see the huge volumes of panty pads, liners, tena lady etc that are sold - I just didn't want to go there!
Another plus side is that my partner noticed the difference too, I felt that made it really worthwhile, we do have a great sex-life, but for him to comment seemed to make all the effort worthwhile. I also used the gel that was supplied with it; it helped on days when I was a bit dry - sadly a further aging consequence! Still I show grow old disgracefully with my exercise cones!

Comments about AquaFlex Cones:

I used these cones when I was pregnant, and they were very effective, however I think someone has to be quite diligent in exercising and it can be a bit boring! I'm afraid I'm a lazy bones who now uses a Kegel8 while watching TV.
