Do you qualify for a VAT rebate on your purchase?

 

If your purchase is for an existing medical condition (e.g. Diabetes, Disability, Stress Incontinence, Parkinson's Disease, Stroke, etc.) and is for your own personal use, we can supply certain products to you free from VAT.  This applies to the cost of the product only, postage and courier charges do not qualify for VAT exemption.

 

This section displays all of our products which qualify for VAT exemption.

 

When you are at the site checkout we will ask you to state the reason you are eligible for VAT exemption together  with your name and address.  This information will remain on our records should the relevant tax authorities need to inspect it.
